Morning to Night. A Class for all.

With more than 9 different fitness boxing options each week, our schedule works with your schedule.

We know that the typical 9-5 work day is a thing of the past.  Continental shifts, service workers, entrepreneurs.  Parents with kids busy with arts, sports and extra curricular activities, all have different work days and different needs.   We have classes as early as 6:30am and as late in the evening as 7:30pm, giving you the flexibility you need to stay on track with your health and fitness goals.
