We have classes for everyone; all ages, fitness and skill levels welcome.

Hours of Operation

The hours at SydFIT Health Centre are varied and flexible, catering to our clients needs.

We have private and semi-private classes, and small group classes.  Private and semi private sessions can often be scheduled to work with your personal life balance.

Monday to Thursday – 12:00noon to 9:00pm

Friday – 10:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday – 9:00am to 2:00pm

Sunday – CLOSED (because every Sunday should be “Family Day”)
