Private and semi-private classes provide you with the opportunity to train on your time, as it suits your schedule! Whether you want to finesse your boxing skills, or work with one of our certified strength and conditioning coaches, our team is here to give you the workout you want!
Semi-private classes are kept at a 4 person maximum so that all members have personalized time with their trainer. Emphasis is place on creating the best program possible to fit your fitness goals, or help you maintain your ideal physique.
