Boxing. If you think it’s just a sport exclusively for the rough and tough, you’re wrong! Boxing is one of the most popular fitness regimens for kids, teens, men and women who want a toned, strong body.
The Vanderpool Training System is a 5 level grading system that was developed by SydFIT Health Centre’s CEO and Elite Trainer, Syd Vanderpool.
Our classes have a maximum of 12 people to ensure our clients get personalized attention and assistance from our licensed and experienced coaches. We concentrate on proper boxing techniques, cardio, strength and conditioning.
We have classes for all levels of skill and fitness:
Tiny Champions (6 to 8 years old) – offered seasonally
Competitive Boxing (for adults and youth)
30 Day Fitness Challenge – be healthier and stronger with just 10 minutes a day
Whether weight loss, muscle tone, greater fitness or achieving that ambition of being a competitive boxer, we can create a program to suit you.
