You can have your cake and eat it too with these amazing protein brownies! Super easy and super tasty. I love finding alternatives for desserts so I can stay on track with my diet and still feel like I’m indulging.

1 c chocolate protein powder
1 c almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/3 c coconut milk
2 eggs
3/4 c mashed sweet potato
Walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8 x 8″ baking tin. Set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Make a well in the dry ingredients, add in the wet, and stir to combine.

Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Let cool. Cut into squares. Store in fridge to preserve freshness. Enjoy!
