Returning Products & Order Discrepancies
If you would like to return a product, an order, or have an order discrepancy please ship it to or visit the SydFIT Health Centre at 1253 King Street East, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada N2G 2N5.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, however we will gladly refund your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (incorrect product, flavour, etc).
If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you, we will also pay for these additional shipping charges.
Any and all FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc) must be returned if an original order is sent back for a full refund. Full refunds may not be granted if the promotional items are not returned. Please contact the SydFIT Health Centre at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve sending back your return.
Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our clients and customers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. Customers under the legal age of majority must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase on their behalf.
Occasionally misprints occur on printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake.
All products purchased are for personal use only and cannot be resold.
In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product. Back orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements or E.T.A.
