The hours at SydFIT Health Centre are varied and flexible, catering to our clients needs.
We have private and semi-private classes, regular group classes (maximum 15 people per class) early in the morning, at noon, in the evenings and on Saturdays, as well as “open gym” times for independent workouts.

Regular Gym Hours
Monday to Thursday – 12:00noon to 9:00pm
Friday – 12:00noon to 6:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday – CLOSED (because every Sunday should be “Family Day”)
